How do I track my order?

After you place your order, we’ll ship your products from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. After we ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. 

 

If your package is taking longer than specified, you may need to contact the shipping service and provide your tracking number for more information. Please email us at help(@)mybaser.com or chat with us if you never received a tracking number.
