8. Shipping, Receipt, and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, Sweship, Canada Post, Aramex, or Purolator, depending on your location. While free shipping is offered within the USA and Canada, remote areas may incur additional fees. Delivery times are typically 2-8 days, depending on the carrier.

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss is transferred to the customer. Baser is not liable for lost or stolen packages unless a signature-required service is selected at checkout. If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us and the courier within 3 days of receipt.

If you face an error during checkout, please contact customer support to clarify that your state, city, or location is eligible for shipping.

We minimize the amount of cardboard for shipping, and we have, therefore, produced our packaging so that in most cases, we can ship our goods without extra cardboard. If you want the package wrapped in a cardboard box for shipping, please contact customer service before making the order.

You must check the content of the parcel on receipt and ensure that the package or content is not damaged or has defects. You must contact us and report the damage immediately and no later than 3 days after receipt. In the case of transport damage, please contact and report the damage to the courier in question immediately.

Once orders are shipped, the risk of loss transfers to you. Baser is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless a signature-required service is selected at checkout.

9. Right of Withdrawal and 30-Day Right of Return

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 30-day return policy. To exercise this right, email us at help(@)mybaser.com within 30 days of the purchase date, including your order number and recipient details.

We do not receive parcels sent per C.O.D. We will hold the payment until the item has been returned and we have verified that the item is in a saleable and unused condition. If the item(s) has been used and a loss of value has occurred due to, but not limited to, handling, use, or storage of the item, this value loss will be deducted.

Returned items must be in unused, saleable condition. We will hold the payment until the returned items are received and verified. Return shipping costs are calculated during the return process and may not always be free of charge.

10. 5-Year Spare Part Warranty & Liability

We stand by our products with a 5-year spare parts warranty. If a component breaks due to a defect, we will replace it free of charge, but the customer must cover the costs of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

Warranty Exclusions(NOT limited to):

  • Incorrect or unintended use
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Climatological influences (e.g., wind damage)
  • Normal wear and tear

Baser ApS does not assume liability for damage to objects or persons arising from the incorrect setup, improper use, improper dismantling, or maintenance of any products sold by Baser ApS. The product must not be used for purposes other than stated, and Baser ApS accepts no liability for damage caused by unintended use.

Baser ApS has the right not to cover the following cases where the product has broken:

  • Incorrect or not intended use
  • The product is not maintained in accordance with the regulations
  • Failure to provide evidence of the purchase of the product from an authorized dealer
  • Damage caused by climatological influences such as wind and weather
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear

A warranty claim accepted by Baser ApS does not automatically imply that Baser ApS also accepts responsibility for any damage suffered. Baser ApS' liability never includes more than described in these warranty terms, as Baser ApS disclaims liability for property or personal injury as far as possible. Baser ApS expressly denies any liability for consequential damage. This provision shall not apply if and to the extent that such a provision is not permitted under a mandatory legal provision in the buyer's country or state.

11. Personal Data Policy & California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Under the CCPA (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have several rights regarding their personal data, including the right to know, delete, and correct inaccurate information, as well as opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal data. 12. Complaints

Complaints are handled according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, where applicable. If Danish law is not applicable, US state law (New York) or relevant Canadian laws will govern. You can make claims for product defects that occur within 24 months of purchase, provided the damage was not caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

We offer replacement parts under our 5-year spare parts warranty. Shipping and handling fees apply.

13. Reservations and Disclaimer

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, fees, taxes, and correct typographical errors. We are also not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including labor disputes, pandemics, or delays from subcontractors.

8. Expédition, Réception et Délais de Livraison

Les commandes sont expédiées via DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, Sweship, Postes Canada, Aramex, ou Purolator, selon votre emplacement. Bien que nous offrions la livraison gratuite aux États-Unis et au Canada, des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer pour les zones éloignées. Les délais de livraison varient généralement de 2 à 8 jours selon le transporteur.

Une fois qu'une commande est expédiée, le risque de perte est transféré au client. Baser n'est pas responsable des colis perdus ou volés, sauf si vous avez sélectionné un service avec signature requise lors du paiement. Si vous recevez des articles endommagés, vous devez nous en informer, ainsi que le transporteur, dans les 3 jours suivant la réception.

9. Droit de Rétractation et Droit de Retour de 30 Jours

En tant que consommateur, vous avez droit à une politique de retour de 30 jours. Pour exercer ce droit, envoyez-nous un courriel à help(@)mybaser.com dans les 30 jours suivant la date d'achat, en incluant votre numéro de commande et les informations du destinataire.

Les articles retournés doivent être dans un état inutilisé et revendable. Nous suspendrons le paiement jusqu'à la réception et vérification des articles retournés. Les frais de retour sont calculés pendant le processus de retour et peuvent ne pas toujours être gratuits.

10. Garantie de Pièces Détachées de 5 Ans et Responsabilité

Nous soutenons nos produits avec une garantie de pièces détachées de 5 ans. Si un composant se casse en raison d'un défaut, nous le remplacerons gratuitement, mais le client doit couvrir les frais d'expédition, de manutention et les taxes applicables.

Exclusions de Garantie :

  • Une utilisation incorrecte ou non intentionnelle
  • Un manque d'entretien approprié
  • Des influences climatologiques (par exemple, les dommages causés par le vent)
  • Une usure normale

15. Taxes de Vente (Canada)

Pour les clients canadiens, tous les prix affichés sur mybaser.com sont en USD. Toute taxe applicable (TPS/TVH) et les taxes provinciales seront calculées et ajoutées au moment du paiement.
