You can have your Baser product repaired at our Repair Center with free replacement parts (only a small shipping fee applies) or recycle it through our Recycling Portal.

What if the warranty period has expired and the product is completely dead? No problem! Your Baser product is designed to be recycled into new products!! 

 

You can participate in our recycling initiative by returning your product to us. We will send you a voucher for the value of the submitted material. We reuse the material 100% and use it to produce completely new products.
