If you want to use our sandbags for other things, that’s fine. Baser sandbags pin down a wide range of objects all over Europe and the U.S. because our bags are durable and heavy to keep your things secure for years to come. Check out our blog post to learn more about how much weight you need.
How many sandbags do I need for a cantilever umbrella?
The larger the cantilever, the more weight you need. We recommend 170 pounds for a 9-foot cantilever and 220-260 pounds for larger.
How many sandbags do I need for a trampoline?
We always recommend at least 220 pounds. We add 450-500 pounds to ours to keep it from bouncing across the lawn.
What else can I use these sandbags for?
Nearly everything. We have customers using them to hold down covers for outdoor furniture and on spa lids. Some restaurants and other companies with outdoor seating use our sandbags to weigh down menu boards and tables or act as doorstops. If you find a new use for them, let us know!
